Really nice collar. A little stiff at first but I hope with time it wears in. Very comfortable to use and the length is just right for me. Probably won't use the chain but it's an option.
For the price this is a robust and very well made harness. The cock ring is on the tight side (average sized European guy), which makes it difficult to get your tackle in, especially if you're a little "excited" at the prospect. I replaced it with a flexible leather ring of a similar size which is much more easy to mount. The harness is made of PU leather, it has thick straps and plenty of adjustments so should fit a good range of body sizes - I had no difficulty fitting it with a 36-38 inch waist. The butt plug part is useful for keeping slippery toys in place when f*cking or pegging or whatever. The edges do chaff a bit but I think it'll soften up over time, it's also completely removable if not needed for a session. Recommended.
